Therefore a comprehensive cut list is not included. <br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Begin measuring the entire width of your cabinets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0Things to consider when measuring:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If there are several cabinets in a row, measure the entire width of the adjoined cabinets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Width of Cabinets + \u00bd\u201d (overhang) + \u00bd\u201d (overhang) = Length of 12 \u00bd\u201d &amp; 10\u201d horizontal boards. <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the cabinet series dead ends into a wall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Width of Cabinets + \u00bd\u201d (overhang)= Width of Boards\u00a0 12 \u00bd\u201d &amp; 10\u201d horizontal boards.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the cabinet series dead ends into walls on both sides= <em>Width of the cabinets= Width of 12 \u00bd\u201d &amp; 10\u201d horizontal boards.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0The depth of \u201cUpper Cabinets\u201d is fairly universal.\u00a0 However, for clarity sake, you take the depth measurement of your cabinets and add \u00bd\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"689\" src=\"https:\/\/sawdust2stitches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-27-at-4.35.39-PM-1024x689.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sawdust2stitches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-27-at-4.35.39-PM-1024x689.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sawdust2stitches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-27-at-4.35.39-PM-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sawdust2stitches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-27-at-4.35.39-PM-768x516.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sawdust2stitches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-27-at-4.35.39-PM.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prep-boards\">Prep Boards <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;I used 3\/4&#8243; Plywood for all of my boards. In order to hide the exposed ply&nbsp; I used edge banding to wrap my boards edges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before assembling I prefer to sand my boards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-attach-sides\">Attach Sides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Secure the sides to the top board by driving 1.5&#8243; screws through the  top board and into the sides below.
