I tagged this as well as your original faux brick treatment because you did such a good job and both were lovely. I want the white brick look for an upcoming wedding backdrop. Knowing what you know now, would you just buy the panels and paint them white to achieve the look you have now, or is any of the “grout” prep work necessary that you did on the original wall? Did it enhance the look you ended up with when you painted it all white or is it now a moot point? Does that make sense?

I want the all-white brick finish, just wanted to know if it’s as simple as just painting it white or is there prep work that would lend to it’s authenciity?

I bought it on Craigslist! I think it is originally from Ikea for $399(ish) I think.
