So, I solved the problem!   I am excited to share the total reveal of this  cabinet that I converted into a hair and makeup vanity. […]

Curious as to the size of your shower??? We’re going to be redoing a bathroom and the current shower feels tight. Yours looks roomy without being ridiculous in size! We have plenty of space, but some of the renovations I see online or even more so on tv just seem like a waste.

I’m beginning my own master bath re-do…and am picking tile. What floor tile did you choose? It looks like a light gray, it really works with the shower tile.

You went from a wide double vanity with the corner section to a much narrower double vanity. What fills that space now? I didn’t see photos of that part of the wall.

So beautiful and what a transformation! Like you, I had never tiled a shower before (actually, I had never tiled vertically….only floors, and limited experience at that), but I (gulp) dove in and, after watching a TON of videos & doing research, I tackled gutting and completely re-doing the tile surround (including the copper plumbing) in my hall bath. Including a tiled niche!
Had to be done to sell the house, and since I was on a very tight budget (post-divorce), this was the biggest cost savings to do it myself. Turned out AMAZING, but what a pain! I would probably gladly pay someone to do this work if I ever re-do another bath!
